There will always be crime. The sad fact is that as long as there are bad people intent on doing bad things, crime will exist.

Communities can set the tone that crime in their city is unacceptable, and put programs and resources in place that help their citizens live safely, and not take their safety for granted. Safety doesn't mean a lack of crime. Rather, it is a recognition that aware citizens, using good practices can help to prevent crime.

The Simi Valley Police Foundation will assist to:

• Assist in funding projects and resources that support our mission of keeping Simi Valley safe.
